Questions
Draft These terms are proposed and waiting for review before launch.
When will it arrive?
Clips are ready within minutes of payment. Prints ship in 5 to 7 business days plus transit.
Is the motion made by AI?
Yes. An AI video model adds a small, silent movement to your photo. Nobody speaks, and nothing is added to the picture. Every clip is labeled.
Can I use a photo of someone who has died?
Yes, with the family's blessing. We suggest "A little breeze", which moves the hair and the trees while the face stays still, or a still print.
What about photos with children?
Photos that show anyone under 18 are made as still prints only.
How long does the link last?
At least two years, and you keep the MP4 file. The link on the tag can point to a new clip later without reprinting.
Do I need an app?
No. Point the phone camera at the code, or tap the phone on the tag.
