Shipping, returns and refunds

Draft These terms are proposed and waiting for review before launch.

Shipping

Framed prints ship in 5 to 7 business days, plus transit. Shipping is currently included. At the market stall you can choose to pick up at the next stall date.

Clips

If no clip fits after both rounds, you get a full refund. After you approve and download a clip, the sale is final unless the file is broken.

Prints and cards

Each one is made for you, so we can't take change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, or the tag doesn't play, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you.

Voice Heirloom deposit

The $29 deposit is refundable in full any time before the first interview. It is refunded automatically if we can't start, or if your family member says no.
